As a Video Creator Intern, you will dive into the entire video production lifecycle. From brainstorming creative concepts and developing storyboards to operating professional equipment on set and bringing stories to life in the editing suite, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling visual content. You will work alongside experienced producers, videographers, and editors, gaining invaluable mentorship and practical skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Your work will directly impact our clients' digital presence across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites. - Assist the Creative Production team in planning and executing video shoots for various brand campaigns.
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear during on-location and studio shoots.
- Edit raw footage into polished, branded video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video projects.
- Manage and organize video assets, including file naming, archiving, and maintaining project libraries.
- Assist in creating short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new video content.
- Ensure all video outputs align with brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Film, Multimedia, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- Strong passion for video creation, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Proven proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro is a must; After Effects is a plus).
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
- Willingness to work full-time (WFO) from our office in Malang, East Java.
