Tanggung Jawab
- Support project payment administration and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Coordinate and manage construction claims documentation and processing
- Maintain accurate cost records and financial documentation for all projects
- Assist with procurement activities, including vendor communication and documentation
- Provide general commercial and project administration support as needed
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial compliance and documentation
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports for management review
- Assist in resolving commercial issues and discrepancies in project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
