Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control project costs to ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare detailed monthly cost reports and variance analysis to identify financial trends and risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for new projects and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Review and negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best commercial terms.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Commercial Management or Cost Accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract environment.
