Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making? Indofood, one of Indonesia's leading consumer goods companies, is currently seeking a motivated Commercial Data Analysis & Reporting Staff to join our Commercial Support team in Tanjung Priok. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales and distribution operations by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
As part of our dynamic commercial department, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our sales reports, identifying market trends, and supporting the management team in evaluating commercial performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and validate daily commercial data entries for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the management team.
- Analyze commercial support metrics to identify potential growth areas or operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely submission of sales and distribution data.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure real-time reporting capabilities.
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to simplify complex business performance indicators.
- Assist in identifying market trends and consumer behavior patterns to support commercial strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial support roles (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be based in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya.
