Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage commercial documentation including bids, contracts, and tenders
- Analyze project costs and prepare accurate cost estimates for bidding and execution phases
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor project budgets and financial controls to maintain profitability
- Resolve commercial disputes and negotiate variations effectively
- Prepare monthly commercial reports and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with project teams to align commercial strategies with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial engineering experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement processes, and cost management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in commercial management software and MS Office Suite
- Professional certification (PMP, Chartered Engineer) preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Singapore citizenship or valid work permit required
