Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation to determine material and labor requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information
- Utilize estimating software and tools to develop precise cost projections
- Review and analyze project bids to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and cost data for future reference
- Provide regular updates to project managers and clients regarding budget status
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or residential estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
