- Manage and process sales orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding delivery timelines
- Maintain precise records of all sales transactions and documentation in company systems
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient delivery scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve order-related issues promptly
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations team
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in sales support, order management, or administrative role is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
