You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Hyperion and M3 ERP systems to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budget cycles.
- Utilize Oracle Hyperion and M3 systems to conduct in-depth variance analysis against actual performance.
- Provide actionable financial insights to regional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and improve financial models to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with regional financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations and ad-hoc financial reporting for leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting.
- Proven proficiency in Oracle Hyperion and M3 ERP software is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a multinational corporate environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Modeling).
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA/CPA/CA) is highly regarded.
