Yeo Hiap Seng (YHS) is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commercial Finance Lead to join our team in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner, bridging the gap between financial performance and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for providing deep-dive financial insights, overseeing revenue management, and driving profitability across our product portfolios. We are looking for a finance professional who excels in forecasting, budgeting, and performance management to help shape the future of our commercial strategy in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support commercial growth objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze product profitability and identify revenue leakage.
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis on P&L performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize pricing strategies and trade spend efficiency to improve bottom-line results.
- Oversee cost control initiatives and ensure financial compliance across commercial operations.
- Drive digital transformation in financial reporting and dashboarding for real-time decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial finance or business partnering, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive commercial results through data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Strong leadership capability to mentor a team and manage cross-functional projects.
