Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing commercial insights and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with group standards.
- Develop and maintain rolling budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances to drive business performance improvements.
- Conduct in-depth margin analysis and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability across business units.
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and capital investment decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial finance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within the mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring finance teams.
