In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing closing data and comprehensive reports specifically for the FBP – Commercial department, with a strategic focus on DAL (Direct Access List) and A&P (Advertising & Promotion). You will act as a trusted financial partner to the business, ensuring accurate data reporting to support critical commercial decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end financial closing process for the Commercial department, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports focusing on DAL and A&P activities to provide actionable insights.
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actual results and budgets to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to support pricing strategies, promotional investments, and cost control initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate cost allocation and expense analysis for advertising and promotion tracking.
- Maintain rigorous internal controls and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end audit processes by providing requested schedules, reconciliations, and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, preferably within the FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Akuntansi Pemerintahan/IFRS) and financial reporting principles.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.
