- Develop and implement commercial learning strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a diverse talent pool of high-potential employees to accelerate their career progression.

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify development needs within the organization.

Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), specifically within the commercial or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of managing talent pools and coaching high performers to success.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable learning solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
