Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Learning Partners to develop talent employees
- Design and implement strategic learning programs aligned with commercial objectives
- Manage the talent pool through competency mapping, succession planning, and development initiatives
- Partner with business units to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions
- Measure and report on learning program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics
- Develop innovative commercial training materials for diverse employee segments
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with HR to integrate learning initiatives into talent management frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven experience in talent development and commercial program implementation
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into learning solutions
- Track record of developing scalable talent development programs
