  • Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Learning Partners to develop talent employees

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development with 2+ years in supervisory role
  • Proven experience in talent development and commercial program implementation
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools
