Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies for commercial teams across multiple locations
  • Lead and mentor a team of learning specialists to achieve departmental KPIs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
  • Design engaging learning solutions including workshops, e-learning modules, and onboarding programs
  • Measure learning effectiveness through data analysis and implement continuous improvement
  • Manage learning technology platforms and optimize content delivery methods
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent development with commercial objectives
  • Stay current with industry trends in L&D and implement best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate learning and development with 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Proven track record designing retail/commercial training programs
  • Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze training data and demonstrate ROI
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
