Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent development programs aligned with commercial business objectives.
- Analyze training needs to create customized learning pathways for various departmental levels.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on sales excellence, product knowledge, and soft skills.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-potential employees and facilitate succession planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to frontline teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and commercial leadership to ensure learning strategies support the company's growth targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR business partnering roles.
- Strong background in the retail or commercial sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and modern digital learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence business decisions at a supervisory level.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven learning outcomes.
