In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing and leasing of our prestigious commercial properties located in the Central Region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive leasing activities and achieve sales targets for commercial properties in the Central Region.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and rental trends.
- Identify and secure new tenants through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
- Prepare compelling marketing materials, including property brochures, presentations, and lease proposals.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of tenant retention.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure properties are market-ready for viewings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial leasing, property sales, or real estate agency.
- Strong working knowledge of the Central Region commercial property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Real Estate Agency License (or equivalent professional certification).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
