- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage risk assessment and opportunity identification throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee cash flow management, financial forecasting, and budget control
- Lead client negotiations and maintain strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for optimal resource allocation
- Prepare commercial documentation including contracts and tender submissions
- Analyze market trends to inform commercial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in commercial management within construction/infrastructure
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and risk management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow and budget management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Familiarity with Philippine construction industry regulations and practices
- Proficiency in commercial software and MS Office Suite
