Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years of commercial management experience in construction
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PMP) or equivalent qualifications
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Proven track record in dispute resolution and claim management
- Leadership experience with demonstrated team development capabilities
