In this pivotal role, you will oversee the commercial activities of our projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strict contractual compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact for reporting on procurement activities during project coordination meetings. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed weekly procurement reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project status, costs, and timelines. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage the commercial lifecycle while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Report on the status of procurement activities at regular project coordination meetings.
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly procurement reports to management and stakeholders.
- Administer commercial contracts and subcontracts, ensuring terms are adhered to and risks are mitigated.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance to ensure value for money.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve commercial issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial management principles.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant project management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a high level of self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
