- Lead and manage the project commercial team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects from tender to completion
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve commercial disputes
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed commercial decisions
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIOB) is advantageous
