Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee contract negotiations, drafting, and administration for construction projects
- Manage commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years commercial management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and procurement processes
- Proven track record in risk management and financial analysis
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in construction industry software and MS Office Suite
- Professional certification (e.g., ACQ, CIOB) preferred
