Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the courier and logistics sector.
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring consistency in service quality, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead and mentor branch managers and sales teams to hit aggressive performance targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Identify new business development opportunities and partnerships to enhance the service portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing, promotional, and operational strategies proactively.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for designated service hubs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and margin protection.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for senior leadership regarding business performance, expansion readiness, and operational hurdles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record (at least 5-7 years) in commercial management, business development, or retail operations, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Strong grasp of P&L management, budget forecasting, and commercial financial modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and influence cross-functional departments.
- Strong understanding of Philippine logistics regulations and retail market dynamics.
