Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored for healthcare clinics to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to refine marketing approaches and improve service offerings.
- Create compelling promotional content, including brochures, digital assets, and advertising materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with medical and operational teams to ensure accurate messaging and effective service promotion.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to stakeholders to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Identify and explore new marketing opportunities, such as partnerships or community outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Strong creative writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex medical concepts into engaging content.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
