You will lead BD efforts to identify new opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency across all contracts. - Drive offshore fleet growth through strategic tenders and contract management.
- Lead business development efforts to secure new clients and projects.

- Manage client engagement and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations or business development, preferably within the offshore or maritime sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and relevant ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
