Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and workflow management to support the commercial team.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial contracts, proposals, and operational reports.
  • Liaise between departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor inventory or supply chain documentation as required by the business.
  • Manage inquiries and provide professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings and maintenance of departmental calendars.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
