Join FlowerStore.ph's dynamic Commercial Team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how customers interact with our floral products by optimizing product arrangements across our platform's Collection and Subcategory pages. You'll work closely with senior commercial strategists to enhance user experience, drive conversion rates, and implement data-driven merchandising decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and arrange product displays on Collection and Subcategory pages to maximize visual appeal and user engagement
- Support the Commercial Team in implementing merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal trends and promotional campaigns
- Analyze product performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities for category layouts
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding and visual hierarchy across product groupings
- Assist in maintaining accurate product information, pricing, and availability across platform pages
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives for product arrangement and placement strategies
- Document and report on commercial operations insights and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and visual arrangement skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach with analytical mindset
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship commitment
