Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic collaborations with internal sellers and external business stakeholders to drive revenue achievement
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for commercial clients in the Central Region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through targeted outreach
- Negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with client needs
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
- Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation of sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in technology or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, 365) is highly desirable
