Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and administer customer contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and supporting commercial documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements for all commercial activities
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, including renewals and modifications
- Analyze commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies for project-specific challenges
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) to align commercial terms
- Support negotiation of commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly commercial performance reports and KPI tracking
- Resolve commercial disputes and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in construction or heavy industry
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial law and FIDIC contracts
- Expertise in contract management, procurement processes, and commercial documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and commercial management software
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
