Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams regarding commercial transactions
- Prepare and translate commercial contracts, proposals, and business documents
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Mandarin-speaking markets
- Support business development initiatives through cross-cultural negotiations
- Manage commercial correspondence and maintain client relationship databases
- Coordinate logistics and operational aspects of cross-border commercial activities
- Assist in resolving commercial disputes and payment collection processes
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with business-level proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of commercial or sales experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Understanding of Indonesian commercial regulations and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
