Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze comprehensive sales data across all regions, brands, and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards to track KPIs against monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify sales gaps and market opportunities through deep-dive analysis of product performance and regional trends.
- Support the Commercial Manager in formulating strategic pricing and promotional plans based on empirical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve overall commercial efficiency.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports detailing sales performance, market penetration, and forecasting.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to recommend proactive strategic adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced modeling/pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in FMCG or retail distribution sectors is highly preferred.
