As our Commercial Strategy Assistant Manager, you will work closely with leadership to monitor performance metrics against aggressive targets. You will play a key role in identifying market trends, optimizing sales channel efficiency, and providing the analytical rigor required to maintain our competitive edge in the Indonesian market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Collect, clean, and analyze comprehensive sales data across all regions, brands, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards to track KPIs against monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify sales gaps and market opportunities through deep-dive analysis of product performance and regional trends.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in formulating strategic pricing and promotional plans based on empirical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve overall commercial efficiency.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports detailing sales performance, market penetration, and forecasting.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to recommend proactive strategic adjustments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced modeling/pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail distribution sectors is highly preferred.
