Pan Asia HR Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Commercial Valuations Senior Manager to lead our client's Inventory & Property (I&P) valuation operations in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an expert who thrives in the intersection of financial analysis, risk management, and asset-based lending (ABL).
As the Senior Manager, you will be the primary authority responsible for the oversight of client collateral information. Your expertise will ensure that asset-based loans are supported by rigorous, accurate, and timely valuation assessments. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of precision and excellence while streamlining the monitoring and examination of complex collateral portfolios. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Commercial Valuations team, overseeing the end-to-end processing and examination of collateral for asset-based loans.
- Develop and implement standardized valuation protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy across the I&P portfolio.
- Monitor client collateral performance and identify potential risks or discrepancies in asset-backed reporting.
- Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to provide expert guidance on collateral quality and lending limits.
- Ensure all valuation activities comply with local and international accounting standards and internal audit requirements.
- Conduct high-level reviews of appraisal reports and financial statements provided by clients.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for executive leadership regarding portfolio health and collateral trends.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the valuation department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or a licensed Real Estate Appraiser is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial valuations, collateral management, or asset-based lending within a financial institution.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expert-level knowledge of valuation methodologies for inventory, property, and equipment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
