Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Commercial Team in daily administrative tasks and vendor account management.
- Conduct market research and competitor price monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the onboarding process for new merchants and product listings on the platform.
- Prepare and update sales performance reports and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the marketing department for the execution of promotional campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and provide creative input for process improvements.
- Maintain clean and organized commercial databases to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality control.
- Available to work on-site in Paranaque City for the duration of the internship.
