- Manage and process commission calculations accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain commission tracking systems and documentation
- Analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

- Prepare regular commission reports for management review
- Resolve commission-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or Accounting Associate role
- Strong knowledge of commission structures, calculations, and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and analysis
