Astimoc is seeking a dedicated Commission Support Specialist to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City. We are actively hiring entry-level professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic sales and administrative environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring accurate data management and timely commission processing for our high-performing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in sales support, data analysis, and office administration. You will work closely with the sales and finance departments, ensuring that commission structures are tracked correctly and reports are generated efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in tracking and verifying daily sales data and transactions for commission eligibility.
- Update and maintain accurate sales records and commission calculation sheets in the internal system.
- Generate weekly and monthly commission reports for the sales team and finance department.
- Communicate with sales agents regarding their status, commissions, and any discrepancies in records.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the sales department.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely disbursement of earnings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
