Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end mortgage commission processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Reconcile commission statements against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Validate commission eligibility based on established policy and contractual agreements.
  • Maintain and update commission tracking systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed monthly commission reports and analytics for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address commission-related inquiries and disputes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline commission reconciliation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in commission processing, payroll, or accounts receivable/payable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data clearly.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience with ERP or commission management software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
