Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end mortgage commission processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile commission statements against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Validate commission eligibility based on established policy and contractual agreements.
- Maintain and update commission tracking systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare detailed monthly commission reports and analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address commission-related inquiries and disputes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline commission reconciliation workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in commission processing, payroll, or accounts receivable/payable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data clearly.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience with ERP or commission management software is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
