(PMHA) is seeking a visionary Community Based Mental Health Program Head to spearhead our initiatives in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and scaling of community-based programs that make a tangible difference in the lives of Filipinos.
As the Program Head, you will not only oversee current operations but also mentor a team of dedicated Program Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of community-based mental health programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Program Officers to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor program impact through data collection, reporting, and periodic evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local government units, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and ensure resource allocation is aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and secure necessary resources or funding.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance community mental health literacy.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the mental health or non-profit sector.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a community setting.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and community organizing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in project management software and data reporting tools.
- Experience in budget management and donor reporting is highly desirable.
