Tanggung Jawab
- Assist elderly residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the residents' mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes, symptoms, or concerns to the Nursing Supervisor immediately.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for all residents.
- Organize and facilitate recreational activities, social events, and exercises to promote active aging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the residents in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Liaise effectively with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding the residents' care plans.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Nursing, Gerontology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Certificate in Elderly Care or Home Caregiving is an advantage.
- Valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status is preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for elderly care and a genuine desire to serve the community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and calm demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands such as lifting or assisting residents.
