Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personal care assistance to seniors, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Plan and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance social well-being and cognitive function.
- Monitor the physical and emotional health of residents, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date care records.
- Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the care center.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Aged Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in elderly care or a similar healthcare role is an advantage.
- Valid Singaporean Citizenship, Permanent Residence (PR), or valid Employment Pass.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to serving the elderly community.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
