Are you a people person with a passion for driving positive change within local communities? Grab is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Community Engagement Executive to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be the face of Grab on the ground, serving as the primary bridge between our platform and our valued community of driver-partners.

As a Community Engagement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners feel supported, heard, and motivated. You will execute on-the-ground engagement strategies, resolve partner pain points, and foster a strong sense of community belonging. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Grab driver-partners in the Samarinda region.
  • Execute field-based engagement activities and community events to boost partner retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for driver-partner feedback, proactively identifying and resolving issues on the ground.
  • Collaborate with local operations teams to implement community management initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting on partner sentiment, field challenges, and community health metrics.
  • Conduct regular outreach programs to educate partners on platform updates, incentives, and safety protocols.
  • Represent the Grab brand professionally in all interactions with the local community and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, field operations, or partner engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using mobile technology and CRM tools for daily reporting.
  • High level of empathy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Owns a reliable vehicle and is willing to travel extensively within the Samarinda area.
