Are you passionate about connecting people and building strong communities? Grab is seeking a dynamic Community Engagement Executive to join our team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital bridge between our drivers and the wider platform. Your mission will be to foster a supportive, safe, and engaging environment for our partners, driving loyalty and operational excellence through direct engagement and strategic communication.

As a Community Engagement Executive, you will manage relationships with our driver community, organize impactful on-ground activities, and act as a key point of contact for operational support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our drivers feel heard, valued, and equipped to succeed in the gig economy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct regular field visits and home visits to meet drivers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Organize and facilitate community gatherings, training sessions, and safety workshops to enhance driver engagement and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations and product teams to identify areas for improvement based on community feedback.
  • Drive awareness of Grab’s policies, safety guidelines, and promotional campaigns within the local driver community.
  • Maintain accurate records of community interactions and report trends to management.
  • Identify and recruit potential new drivers to expand our service coverage in Batam.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in community management, field operations, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with the Batam area and its local landscape is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
