We are looking for a dedicated Community Engagement Executive to join our growing team in Batam. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our organization and our diverse driver partner communities. Your primary focus will be to build and nurture strong, positive relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and mutual growth. You will be instrumental in creating a vibrant ecosystem where partners feel supported, heard, and valued.
As a Community Engagement Executive, you will go beyond traditional support by organizing community initiatives, gathering actionable feedback, and acting as a brand ambassador. You will work closely with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure that community needs are met efficiently while driving engagement and advocacy across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with driver partner communities across diverse demographics in Batam.
- Organize and facilitate community meetings, forums, and social events to foster connection and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, resolving conflicts and addressing feedback promptly.
- Collect, analyze, and report on community sentiment and feedback to help shape internal policies and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote company programs and initiatives within the community.
- Identify and recruit potential new partners to expand our community network.
- Monitor community health and proactively address any emerging issues or negative trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, customer relations, or client support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (local language proficiency is crucial).
- Familiarity with the Batam or Riau Islands region is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license is a strong advantage for this role.
