Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies tailored for the elderly population.
- Organize and facilitate regular social activities, support groups, and wellness workshops.
- Conduct home visits and needs assessments to coordinate personalized care plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, NGOs, and volunteers.
- Manage volunteer programs to assist in daily operations and event execution.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness and community feedback.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of elderly residents within the community.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social work, community development, or eldercare.
- Demonstrated passion for working with the elderly and understanding their unique needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Valid Singapore driver's license is an added advantage.
- Relevant certification in social services, nursing, or gerontology is preferred.
