Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage seniors and their caregivers within the Eunos community.
- Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and activities aimed at promoting eldercare services and social inclusion.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community leaders, local businesses, volunteers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather valuable feedback from the senior community to inform program development and improvements.
- Prepare and distribute engaging outreach materials, including newsletters, flyers, and compelling social media content.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of eldercare programs and support services.
- Monitor and report on community engagement activities, identifying trends, measuring impact, and suggesting areas for further development.
- Act as a primary point of contact for community inquiries and provide support related to eldercare initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Gerontology, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in community engagement, outreach, or a similar role, preferably within the social services or eldercare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups, particularly seniors and their families.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with a track record of successfully planning and executing community events and programs.
- Ability to work both independently with initiative and collaboratively within a team-oriented and supportive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience utilizing social media platforms for community outreach.
- A genuine passion for serving the elderly, a deep understanding of their needs, and a commitment to enhancing their well-being.
- Ability to speak local dialects (e.g., Malay, Mandarin, Hokkien) is an advantage to better engage the diverse community effectively.
