We are looking for a dynamic Community Operations Executive to join PERSOL for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will take charge of the daily content operations for our official X (Twitter) account, ensuring our brand voice is impactful and consistent. You will also play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify our reach and foster a thriving online community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience in social media operations and community management within a leading HR solutions provider.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily posting and content operations for the official X (Twitter) account, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize content strategy.
- Engage actively with followers and KOLs to foster a vibrant and loyal community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Curate high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience interests.
Kualifikasi
- Strong understanding of X (Twitter) trends, community management best practices, and digital engagement strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for grammar and style.
- Previous experience in maintaining relationships with influencers or KOLs is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily content calendar efficiently.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to current digital trends.
