As a Company Physician with MedGrocer, you won't just treat symptoms; you will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive health and wellness programs that mitigate workplace risks. You will conduct thorough medical consultations, manage work-related health concerns, and provide expert guidance on health policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular medical consultations and provide primary care services for employees.
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and wellness programs.
- Manage and document work-related injuries and illnesses in accordance with company protocols.
- Perform pre-employment, annual, and periodic physical examinations.
- Provide expert medical advice regarding health safety and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Physician (MD) in the Philippines with an active PRC license.
- Completion of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an occupational health or corporate medical setting is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse employee groups.
- Sound clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based medical practice.
- Proficient in documentation and reporting software.
- Willingness to be based in Clark, Pampanga.
