Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company shuttle vehicles to transport employees to and from designated pick-up and drop-off points strictly according to the established schedule.
- Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups of personnel, documents, and small packages are completed correctly and on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety, cleanliness, and to immediately report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain the pristine condition and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company driving policies, and workplace safety protocols without exception.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Coordinate with the logistics team on route changes, traffic conditions, and any incidents that may affect the schedule.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in driving is a distinct advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3 and/or 4 preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Company Driver, Shuttle Driver, or Personal Driver.
- Impeccable driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents in the past 5 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of roads, routes, and traffic regulations within Tanauan City, Batangas, and the greater CALABARZON region.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine vehicle maintenance checks and assisting with light cargo.
- Demonstrates strong punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late afternoons, to accommodate the shuttle timetable.
