Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response to workplace incidents
- Conduct regular health assessments, vaccinations, and health screenings
- Implement and maintain occupational health and safety programs
- Manage clinic inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain confidential medical records and documentation
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-ups
- Deliver health awareness training and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with DOH and OSHS regulations
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current PRC license
- Minimum 1-2 years occupational health or company nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Knowledge of DOH and OSHS health and safety standards
- Strong emergency response and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work in Santo Tomas City, Batangas
