Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health assessments and maintain accurate, confidential medical records for all staff.
- Monitor and manage workplace health hazards, ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Coordinate with local health facilities for employee check-ups and referrals when necessary.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide wellness initiatives, health seminars, and vaccination drives.
- Manage the company clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Submit monthly health reports and health statistics to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in a clinical/hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations (DOLE standards).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and medical software.
- Willing to work on-site in Manila City.
