Tanggung Jawab
- Administer first aid and provide emergency medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct annual physical examinations and health assessments for employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate, confidential medical records and health reports.
- Coordinate and implement the company's drug testing program and health awareness campaigns.
- Liaise with government agencies such as DOLE, BWC, and local health units to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify potential health hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage the company clinic, including inventory of medicines, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and facilitate health education programs, wellness seminars, and first aid training for employees.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is preferred.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (e.g., OHNAP) is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or industrial setting.
- Knowledgeable in DOLE, BWC, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in clinic management, record keeping, and basic computer applications.
- Willing to work on a full-time basis in Lipa City, Batangas.
