Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site first aid and emergency care to employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular health assessments and wellness screenings.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee health records and medical supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers for employee referrals and annual physical exams.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor workplace health and safety conditions, reporting hazards to management.
- Assist in return-to-work assessments and fit-for-duty evaluations.
- Educate employees on health topics such as ergonomics, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- At least 2-3 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience.
- BLS and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health record systems.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
